He could likely pick up a feud with Randy Orton over the Universal Championship. Grayson Waller will be taking on former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes in the first round of the United States Championship tournament in a singles match. Shawn Michaels announced that Hayes was the one who would be featuring in the tournament and this match will be his SmackDown in-ring debut. As per speculations, Carmelo Hayes will win the match and advance to the next round. The match could involve a distraction from Kevin Owens.
